Within the framework of the SCINTI+ project (Scintillation Characterization and INtegration for improved Ionizing-radiation metrology), coordinated by B. Sabot and funded by LNE and CEA, this initiative marks the launch of a structured effort to collect, standardize and disseminate reference data on scintillator properties. It represents a first step towards the creation of an open and easily usable library for the community, aimed at facilitating the comparison, selection and use of scintillators for radiation metrology. Further developments will be presented in the near future, in particular around the Compton-TDCR method, which opens promising perspectives for scintillator characterization and application.
